Decided to improve on my previous time, managed to shorten it by almost a year. Outside of luck I don't know of any ways I could get it faster, but maybe someone else does. Relevant game rules:

• Siege events off
• Shattered retreat off
• Army lock on
• Defensive pacts off Version: 3.3.3 with all DLCs
