add IL's ng+ to the Level Leaderboard pls, really awesome to play and fun to watch

i dont know if category extensions would ever add an IL leaderboard, but this is probably something that would be more likely to go there

anyways, extension IL requests can go through the category request form. i plan on requesting superdash ILs myself.
