add IL's ng+ to the Level Leaderboard pls, really awesome to play and fun to watch

i dont know if category extensions would ever add an IL leaderboard, but this is probably something that would be more likely to go there

this post is a year old... anyways, extension IL requests can go through the category request form. i plan on requesting superdash ILs myself.
