I am plant based and want to do the 100 cookie speedrun. I have a vegan butter that is near identical to real butter, but egg substitutes are very different. If i use an egg substitute powder (Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer) that i have to mix with water, would that be a suitable substitute? Sorry if this has been asked already, could not find it in the forums.
