Hi all, been practicing this game lately, and was wondering what the rules around emblems spawning from candles are? I've mostly been able to follow along the current routes, but I'm having trouble ensuring that I get into the 'powered up' state for specific areas/fights (e.g. golem boss). Not sure whether it relies on gem count, number of candles destroyed etc. Any info appreciated! |

typically you have to hit 31 non-sub weapon candles after you get your 2nd upgrade to get your final upgrade. |

yea well high level runs don't typically worry about it much. there's the book in the first level that has a 50/50 shot of just giving you the super sub-weapon and final upgrade at the beginning...the issue then becomes keeping it |

@impulse87impulse87 I apologize for seeing this late. I've just uploaded the Controls and Mechanics of the game(which 90% of it applies to John as well) and also an Eric Normal tutorial that should prove helpful in the guides section. |
