Note that this guide might not be perfect, and you should probably consider messing around with strats to see if you can find better ones.

Rescue Team Mater

1st game-1st Round - Drive backwards. run into stuff backwards to gain momentum. This should save you around 3-5 seconds if done right. If you don't want to learn this and not save those few seconds, it is still just barely faster to drive to the end going forward than just letting the timer run out. 2nd and 3rd round - do nothing (don't drive anywhere, as it is slower)

2nd game- throw (do nothing, coin count after winning is lower at zero, which saves a tiny bit of time)

3rd game- play (try to put out the fires as quickly as you can, make sure to put out the fires on the tanks so that they don't explode)

4th game- throw (avoid items to score zero points, stand on right-most side to avoid points without needing to do anything)

5th game- play (drive backwards hitting stuff to gain momentum, until you reach the first jump point, in which slow down to go over it without watching the cutscene. then make sure at the next jump scene [at the window] accelerate forward to the end.)

EXIT TO MENU (to skip celebration cutscene)

El Materdor

1st game- throw (unless you can finish each round in under 12 seconds per round, waiting out the timer is faster.)

2nd game- throw (when you have the flag, try to lose it as quickly as you can by giving it to the NPCs, skip cutscene after each round)

3rd game- throw (avoid the roses, try to get zero points. Parallel park next to the leftmost Tractor pen)

4th game- play, but score 0 by mashing B to pull away as soon as prompted.

5th game- throw (avoid getting hit, make sure to skip the cutscenes you see after each round)

EXIT TO MENU

Tokyo Mater

1st game- throw (do nothing, skip cutscenes after each round)

2nd game- throw (do nothing)

3rd game- Play ** (I'm not 100% sure about the FASTEST way to beat this, but when shooting down, shoot the cars from right to left, try to take out all of the cars, UNTIL cycle 6, in which you want to leave the leftmost car. When shooting upwards, also shoot from left to right, but leave the leftmost car on the 2nd cycle.)

4th game- play (drive backwards to the end.)

5th game- throw (do nothing)

EXIT TO MENU

Mater the Greater

1st game- play (for wii, try and do pronounced downward thrusts with the controller, timing might take a tiny bit of practice)

2nd game- throw (do nothing)

3rd game- throw (might be faster if you get every car really fast, as the timer pauses when you catch a car.)

4th game- throw (do nothing)

5th game- play** (this is another one I need to test for whether or not throwing animations or winning animations are faster, if they are the same or if the winning animation is slower, it would actually be faster to throw this by making sure to not land in the pool, and also trying to avoid getting any points)

EXIT TO MENU

Monster Truck Mater

1st game- throw (drive to the bottom of the screen to avoid getting points, try to get zero points)

2nd game- throw (end near the middle where the final truck goes at the ending cutscene, DO NOT END AT TOP LEFT, THIS CAN SOFTLOCK YOUR GAME)

3rd game- THROW (do nothing, huge timesave)

4th game- play (use regular punches, try to stun lock)

5th game- throw (do nothing)

EXIT TO MENU

Unidentified Flying Mater

1st - throw (do nothing)

2nd- throw (do nothing)

3rd- throw (avoid hitting rocks and avoid rings)

4th- play (this game actually is kind of the make or break to a good run, this is just Frogger, but you need to return with Mator back to the side you started from, the traffic luck is random, so you need to hope that it is nice, and you need to avoid getting caught. The faster you get to each side, the faster the game ends.)

5th- play (drive backwards to the end.) This is another track that can be difficult to drive backwards on, so I would only recommend doing so if you have practiced.
