Modding and regular Any %

Okay, so I have two of the same times in Any % and Modded Any %, and that's because since I have the mod, it technically counts as Modded, but I didn't change any characters to use in the story mode, so it also is qualified for Any %. If you have the same situation where you play with the mod installed and yet you haven't changed which characters you use, then you can put it in regular Any % alongside Modded Any %. UPDATE: If you happen to download version 1.9.2.1 or on, you can no longer submit for regular Any % or 100 %. You have to submit for Modded Any % or Modded 100 %.

No because I planned on the fact that not everybody who might run this game would have Hi-Octane Edition, so why include them? That's a huge disadvantage to anyone with Hi-Octane Edition. Also, for the newer 1.9.2.1 version, you may no longer submit for regular Any % as well since you get all three bars of boost at the start of the game as opposed to over time, so make sure to submit to Modded Any % for your run!
