Opening up to emulation starting with PCSX2 (can use in game Retroarchievements timer)
As of today, I will be permitting the use of PCSX2 emulation only for levels for the sake of testing and gathering further input on the topic. I have been using PCSX2 and I do believe it should be allowed with the luxuries that come with Retroarchievements. This allows a timer during levels, and
