Any% should not ban glitches, so glitch% runs should be eligible for any%, and current any% runs should be in a Glitchless or No Tack Shooter Glitch category.

No response on this yet... the names are really illogical. They also have "%" on the end which is really stupid (I would suggest No Lives Lost for Perfect% since that's the common name in BTD community) but that's another issue.
