I found out recently that you can skip the intro after selecting the difficulty and go right into the first organization phase. I was just hitting Start after selecting easy and it went right to the game without showing the intro. Tried it again after just to make sure and it worked again. Saves only like a minute or so by skipping the intro and the talky bits, but still, time save!

Found out today that you can get this to happen just by holding down the start button instead of mashing it after you choose the difficulty.
