The beauty of die% runs is the short length and being possible on the plateaus. I'm not sure how fun it would be to finish plateau, then head to a location with lava. I'm having a similar struggle finishing a blight die% run
We could make the timer start right after you get the paraglider........
I can see your point. This can be a completely different category, because I know that die% runs are supposed to be short. We could however do a die% where you burn in the old man's campfire... just an idea
yes but actually no, if you start the timer when you get thee paraglider it would become an IL Plus it's basically plateau and 2 or 3 btb so not really an interesting run to do imo
and for the old man fire thing, we already tried to get people to run it but not enough were interested so feel free to try and convinced people to run it
So i had an idea which could make this category even more original (tell me what you think @ZoraFails). SO basically its bludo punch%. Head to goron city, get punched by bludo and roll into the lava (this can happen). Timer ends when link DIES in lava, drowning in lava (taking 1 heart of damage) does not count, it must say game over when he falls in lava from the bludo punch. If you die anywhere else, the run doesnt count. remember bludo does this after you hit him enough. Optimal idea would be use fireproof elixir, when you get to goron city cancel the effect with a speed boost potion for example, that way you will slowly take fire damage placing you at 1hp, then when bludo punches you in lava you will die.
