What are the specific rules for Glitchless? Do i have to start a whole new save, or can I do an NG+ type run? Is it just a run without glitchess, or is there a bunch of other rules? I'm just a little confused sorry.

It's glitchless NG, so yes you have to start a new game. Reason why is because the strat we use in the start on non-glitchless NG saves a lot of time over the other stuff alone which isn't necessary on NG+ because you already have everything. So glitchless NG+ isn't made yet. Only other big time save that can be used is exit warps on NG+. If there's another major time save other than exit warps maybe I'll consider adding glitchless NG+ as long as people run it.
