Would Swiss on actual hardware count as Emulation, or not allowed?
As the title states, I'm trying to figure out if I'm better off emulating on my PC, or if Swiss is allowed for submissions?

I'm not too familiar with swiss if I'm being honest, but I'm pretty sure any runs at the moment will be accepted whether it's emulated or on actual hardware, so whatever you decide will be fine :)
