I managed to clip Micolash through the wall
I was playing casually and I rushed Micolash into one of the pillar things next to the corner he runs into on the first phase, he did his tentacle attack and he teleported up on a pillar and clipped through the wall and started the next phase with 1 HP. I'll try to do it again and record it.

Good luck with that, that's a known extremely hard glitch to reproduce.
