There is no possible way to get to CCW without raising the water. Which means you have to go to MMM before you go to CCW at this present time.
Which means you can't do "MMM Early" as the bee unless you find a way to get to CCW without raising the water.

Leaderboard Changes
The leaderboard changes have been officially completed! Thanks to Wedarobi, with the power of his scripting, we now have categories sorted by Console first (Nintendo 64, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) rather than category (100%, Any%, Any% Restricted, etc).
