That's the debate, right? Bull charge can save heals of time at the cost of a slower drow queen fight and riskier dragon fight. I'm going to complete a run with the dwarf soon, I was a few minutes ahead of world record before I RIPed using bull charge so I think it's optimum. Much heavier hits with the dwarf too, a 2 cycle orb instead of 3 etc
Billys run is very outdated, im nearly confident bull rush is much better, ive just never ran NLM so im not sure
Even if the human can make fights slightly faster, he still loses time through out the entire run compared to the dwarf. With NLM you're still only fighting bosses, and there's more items/gold you can pick up along the run to fuel the mana for your bull rushes. The very old segmented run on SDA used the human because it made fights faster, and that just seemed like the right call at the time. Billy's run is likely just a reflection of that as well.
Depends on if you're wrong warping or duping, but basically it's abusing the import system in the game (which is in the "change players.." tab in the start menu. It's not allowed for the category you're running, but basically you abuse importing to duplicate items, or turn in quests over and over xp/money. Wrong warping works by creating a new character, recalling with both, deleting player 1, recalling (which will fail to occur), and then loading a save (preferably on a level you didn't recall from). This will take your coordinates from that level and place at the coordinates of the level you're loading into. It's called coordinate warping as well.
