Proof?
For a run to be verified, how much proof is needed? Ive seen submissions which are just pictures of the splits, but that seems easily fakeable, so is there a requirement

As of right now, no. This game isn't popular enough to need much proof, like video. (Unless the time is really good and much faster than wr)
