From the rules:
Console Modification & Off-Disk Restrictions
Off-disk play and refurbished/hardware-modified Xbox consoles are banned from use.
The only way I could imagine your runs even having a chance of being verified is if your ps2 loads are exactly the same as an unmodified ps2, otherwise it's not anywhere near legit
Your memory card is the thing that has been modded, not the console. If you remove the FMCB memory card before powering on, your PS2 will essentially "become unmodded", so I'd say you would be fine if you did that.
If your PS2 were chipped, though, that'd be a different story.
As long as the loading times aren't off and you're not playing on Xbox, I wouldn't see a problem with running it on that console. No need to send a video of you removing your mc.
