So with the new strat that trexonesie discovered, not only should we account for milliseconds, but we probably need some new categories, because I legitimately want to keep running this game!

I would propose (to start) a 100% category (that would require collecting all the power-ups(I would suggest 100% instead of glitch-less, because it's so easy to encounter glitches in this game, lol)) along with the already existing Any% category.

I feel like if we do 100% as 2 separate categories one with infi-jump, and the other without that would be a good thing to have. Just so we can have the more legitimate runs be recognized and not be beat out by bugs.
