@FrozzleFrozzle I think that would be more of a category extension thing as it would fill up the board with too many categories and also I don't believe it would peak in interest with majority of runners.

@FrozzleFrozzle added all minigames under the story mode minigame section.

@FrozzleFrozzle We don't do highscore based on this page, highscore boards are on cyberscore.

a mod can correct me if I'm wrong on this but this leaderboard is dedicated to only time based events so highscore based events like figure skating wouldn't be on here, to find a board for that I would recommend going to cyberscore.

New rule has been added to help reduce the chance of turbo controllers being used.

"Before starting a run go to "controllers" on the switch main page to verify that an official nintendo controller is being used."

This will be done on all runs

In the rules it does say to use IGT so I fixed the runs on the leaderboard to go by IGT.

@CodyCruickshankCodyCruickshank I don't know what you're talking about, only official Nintendo controllers are allowed so turbos wouldn't even be used. It also doesn't say anywhere that they are allowed.

@DemataPyroDemataPyro, @CappyTJ5CappyTJ5, and I decided to set up a M&S2020 tournament called «M&SOG Clash 2020». It is going to be taking place March 13th-15th and will be streamed at https://www.twitch.tv/MaSOGClash. The idea of it is over the three days there will be a bunch of tournaments for the different full game and IL categories. The whole event is just for fun and there's no prize or anything but we will be donating all the donations during the course of the stream to a charity that has yet to be decided yet. Anyone can sign-up on this google form, and we want as many people as we can for it. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScoVWZBKIIQjXxYEKdNZYLzg35U_jknr5WvjpUbr5p_43gG5Q/viewform?usp=pp_url. DM me for any further questions (cxrnxr#3797 on discord).

I've had this issue before, try searching "obs studio black screen display capture" and trying methods from videos or forum pages to fix it. Not every method works so it's just taking the time to find the one that works for you.

I did a simple calculation with the start and end frames you gave and that does come out to a 9.84, that shouldn't be possible pauseless though as from what 8bit has tested there is no way to save 2 frames without the pause.

Ok 2020 event was requested so here they are.
100m: exit on "finish"
110m Hurdles: same as 100m
4x100m: same as 100m
Javelin: once "foul" appears on last throw or when "finish" appears on last throw (depends if you throw or not)
Triple Jump: once the screen fades to black and then changes to your character standing next to the sand you can exit
Discus Throw: same as Javelin
Sport Climbing: exit on "time's up"
Surfing: same as sport climbing
Skateboarding: exit on "finish"
Boxing: exit when "K.O" appears
Karate: exit once final hit lands and the slow motion starts
Football: same as sport climbing
Equestrian: same as 100m
Gymnastics: there is no fast exit
Swimming: same as 100m
Canoe: same as 100m
Rugby Sevens: exit on "full time"
Badminton: exit when the scoreboard appears on the centre when it turns to 5
Table Tennis: Same as badminton
Fencing: same as karate
Archery: same as skateboarding

If finishing a run on any of these events just replace exit with timer split

Here's a rundown for 1964 events:
Judo: exit on "Ippon!"
10m Platform: exit when the black score box shows up after the final dive
100m: exit once finish line is crossed
400m Hurdles: exit once finish line is crossed
Vault: exit once score appears after the second jump
Volleyball: exit once the score reaches 6
Shooting: exit at the end (you shouldn't come first so you wouldn't go through awards)
Kayak: exit once finish line is crossed
Long Jump: exit when it says "foul" on the third jump or after the score shows on the third jump
Marathon: exit once finish line is crossed (if you do events in the order all the other runners do it this should be your last event so timing ends once you cross the finish line)

Fast exiting is not done in the Gold Medal categories.

For Gold Medal runs you must go through the awards ceremony to confirm that a gold medal has been awarded, the only place where this isn't done is on the very last event where timing ends when the event ends (ex. crossing the finish line in Marathon). The timing for ending can be changed to when the award ceremony starts if that's wanted instead.
