Every form in this game has a cutscene with narration. The length of narration is different between languages of the game. This makes German the fastest language over English by around 29 seconds.
To play the game in German, you need to have a PAL copy of the game. If you're on a PAL wii, change your system language to German. If you're on an NTSC wii, follow this guide to set your wii's region to PAL.
