Implemented a second batch of new strategies after learning two new things from checking out other runs:

• if you are on a ladder then you can trick the enemies to walk over the top of the ladder as if it doesn't exist (instead of climbing down the ladder and killing you)
• you can punch enemies while they are climbing up/down ladders by standing in their path and waiting for their hitbox to intersect

There is also a couple stages with straightforward paths that I hadn't tried (phase 26 to zig-zag down without waiting)

Happy with this run, going to try figuring out the rest of the stages for all 100 now.
