Since most runs in Elsword can range from 50 seconds to 15 minutes... I just review the route notes I made up for the dungeon I'm speedrunning XD I really want to play long speedrun at one point though...
After contacting the GM's about speedrunning this game and glitches, here is their response;

Please don't apologize for taking this in a wrong category, as it is our duty to correct it if necessary. We also appreciate the fact that you are concerned for the gaming community and your account's sake before doing anything unsure on your end. Please be advised SpeedRunning should be legal as long as you do not exploit bugs currently inside the game. Speedrunning, in essence, should be vital in order for you to grab higher rankings in boards. It makes you grab rewards better in an overall aspect. However, when a player applies speedrunning with an exploitment of a game-breaking bug involved, or say, a run with a hacker (that you know) and you still keep doing it, then your account will be thoroughly investigated and be banned once proven guilty.

So be aware we aren't going to be pulling stuff like OoT in here XD. I say small glitches could be allowed like skipping cutscenes, for they happen in normal gameplay all the time. But other than that, no weird game play bugs (Like clipping through walls and such... Flying Kite pls...)
Here's the synopsis, I willing to make a mount's category called; "Mounts Allowed, Hardest Difficulty" Basically, for whatever dungeon you are doing, you may use mounts on that dungeon, but you must choose the hardest difficulty for said dungeon. Yes, this means Hell mode is required for SD's. We may have to re-work this once Hero mode comes around though.
Any suggestions? I don't like the name either so all ideas are welcome :3

Ah, a complete round-tour like run? That would be interesting. I'll set up a category for that, though i think setting up strategies for all the dungeons may be our first step XD. In fact, once I speed run 6-1, I'll put up my notes for that area and start a guide thing :3
Hello! Rencaro here with a post on differing categories for Elsword. So I was wondering if adding certain sections would help sort different kinds of runs. Firstly, the Seasons will have to be sorted out (As in the least the different versions of some stages) for times will differ. Secondly, Because stats are a problem with this game for it is an MMORPG (:P), we will need to choose a specific set of gear for one category (Probably sparring gear? Slots are allowed for verity), while we have a second section that will allow any kinds of gear. Finally, some stages don't support certain kinds of difficulties (example being 1-1), so those will have to be fixed. Thank you! -Rencaro
Hello! Rencaro here interested in joining this community... It's rather small isn't it? XD. Anyways, let me get to the point. Are there any level limitations in these runs? (Including gear level). I'm level 54 and am unsure if going into lower level runs is fair. Also, is 5-20 fps acceptable? XD I have one heck of a crappy computer... Thank you for your feedback! Edit; Some other problems I want to ask about. Are potions and 123 slot items allowed? Along with pets.
