There were a ton of errors so this time can be cut by minutes. Without errors, I can see a run of this caliber being sub 1:30. With micro-strats or glitches, it can get much lower.

Some errors I encountered: *In Insurance Fraud, I accidentally reloaded instead of moving 2 feet into the Factories district for level 2. (~1 min) *In Insurance Fraud, I didn't knock myself back onto the ground so I took a death and had to call a cab at the hospital (~30 sec) *Dying in the last level of Demo Derby (~1.5 min) *Not having enough cash (33 bucks short) to buy a car before going to the science museum. (guessing ~15 sec) *Falling off my bike in Road Rage (~1 min) *Fighting guys in Orange Threat Level and failing the chase once (~1 min) *Kanto Connection was just super slow for such a short mission (~30 sec) *Got stuck in doorway in Visiting Hours (~30 sec)

Everything else went pretty smoothly, particularly the Akuji bike battle. Could have been just slightly better but the in my splits, I gained about 1.5 min because in my last PB, I had to chase him across town. Better to reset if he leaves the graveyard.
