The stopwatch starts when you have opened a file that has just unlocked the mushroom kingdom and collector all the moons of the rocks displayed in the map and the stopwatch stops when you have collected the last moon of the last rock
so it starts from world peace as thats the requirement for breaking moon rocks.
would check point warps be allowed if they were got before the run starts?
otherwise it could be interesting, if arbitrary

We've had a bad warp rule and a good warp rule in the history of the CE board:
The bad warp rule was to just not allow warps. This was done in All Peach Moons, and it killed the category. The good warp rule was to allow warps to the Odyssey and to previously in the run collected checkpoints. This was done in All Postgame Checkpoints, and it helped the category rise.
@IwerSonsch with the case of bad warp, it have to be just the reverse in all case I dont understand why would the idea of bad warp kill the All Peach Moons category If it was removed is because the same reason tan the other much ones and than min caps But okey
@KilleDragon Runners like Timpani openly stated that the rule was bad and made them not like the category. Which I agree with.
So checkpoints should be allowed otherwise the category would be bad
@Sniper650 depending, the idea in a category where pecisely the idea is to start without checkpoints and get as fast as posible all the checkpoints in the game, the idea is that you can tp to the odyssey and to any checkpoint you take earlier in that same run, but, that yes, you cant start the run with a tp to checkpoint that is not the odyssey, because you just doesnt take it So doesnt know
In all case, in some cases is very easy to just do being beside a checkpoint, so would be not much to do
I continue thinking is nice without tp-s and having to do all the way you as fast as posible as first idea of the run
but if i add this rule maybe runners will hate this category as all peach moons

Okey, now, with the decision taked by the poll, the mods will be adding more categories to the CE, if are a goods ideas and if have at least 3 players with a run of the game So, to start (apart of course of min caps), I think this should be a great idea for a new category, to take as fast as posible all the moons of the rock moons Now I realice, for me it seems like the "All Green Stars" of Super Mario Galaxy 2, being both like the postgame of a full run [AUM - AUM NPG]
