Managed to nab World Record by a full minute using Black Ranger. While I made a number of technical errors, I think he may be one of the best characters to use due to the AI having trouble dealing with his knee attack. He doesn't seem to do as much damage with his special moves as Red Ranger does, but he's less likely to get hit by the opponent and can lock down bosses in corners. He takes slightly longer to pick on the character select, but as you can see he seems capable of making up that lost time.
