Why do none of the map runs use In-game time?

Most players don't bother to set up in-game time since it's accuracy was questionable for a long time. Also, unless a run involves time that isn't in-game, there isn't a need for in-time.

- (1.19+) Planifolia 1.0.1 for 1.19+: supports launching without Sodium for gamma 5 by itself and fixes a visual desync of the entity culling option when it is set via StandardSettings
