So I had a few hours available today, so decided to do a quick speedrun in KSP career mode utilising some tricks I knew (including kraken, zompi and valve "glitch" drives). While I accidentally stopped the "split timer" I had set up about a minute early (on landing, before I'd upgraded/fully researched the tech tree), the video is in real time, however, making the final run time 2h45m47s. Clearly there is room for further optimisation, so I doubt this record will last long, but the techniques showcased here will probably help other speedrunners.
