I think I spent around 5–10 hours on this one level, so I think you kind of have to enter the lobby as the coordinator to spawn more minds eyes, then you need to bait the hunter into chasing you and then lead the hunter into going to one of the corners of the map.

mod note 2: apologies for the last wrong retime, the timer shd be stopped once any survivor escapes, so yr timing is actually accurate. sorry for that :(
