My first and only 100% run, retimed 2:33:32. Not very optimized, more than 10 minutes can easily be saved. The challenge here is a sub 2:20:00 run.

The emulator was mGBA Game Boy Advance.

Mod-Edit (Khloë): Re-Timed to 2:33:29. Timing starts on hitting creating a save profile and ends on defeating the final boss with 100% completion.
