Got my first 44 yay! Very happy with this run, Dawn Encounter being the only big time loss here. 43 is going to be really hard... Unless I switch to NTSC :)

New Timing Method - Runs have been updated
A few years back I was added as moderator for this game, and I spent some time restructuring the speedrun.com leaderboards for it. Any%, which was the only category at the time, was renamed to "All Cups," and "All Tracks" and "All Cars All Cups" were added as new categories. While writing the rules
