I've been trying to learn the route from the world record run, but there were a few issues I had, so I adjusted it for a slower time, but that I can finish relatively consistently.
The initial distraction shot in the record run is dropped, as I could never reliably make it to the sniping position quick enough, so I fire an extra shot with the sniper, costs a couple of seconds.
I also never managed to get the manhole cover open quick enough before the body is spotted, so I open it beforehand, costing a few more seconds at the end.
Bodyshotting the jogger stops her from spotting me, but it's not needed if you open the manhole cover second.
