Out of Bounds on Carpathian Mountains
I don't see how this could help with a speedrun but perhaps a big-brain here will figure out how to make this useful.
I was playing through the last mission and found this completely by accident.
How to reproduce the glitch: (1) Get on top of the train (2) Simply run to the side of the train and spam (Circle) or the Drop Down button. Running at an angle may or may not help.

yep this has been found and used in runs to run along the side of the train
