The idea is that we were trying to make it fair that everyone start their timers at same location etc. But sadly, it was still not enough.
Kinda wish that we had the start at first movement/action instead tho. With that, this would never be needed to happen. :/

Regarding Run Verification
summary: runs should be getting verified around every Friday or Saturday, which should hopefully become the new standard in order to get runs CONSISTENTLY verified.
