"This does not appear to be notable" what is that supposed to mean? There are tons of tiny flash games and roblox games on this site so I don't see what notability has to do with anything? Does this mean not enough people have played / downloaded it?
The rules for game requests have become stricter over time, and series mods don’t go through the normal request channel, so pointing at other games on the site doesn’t mean much in the context of your request.
First thing: The rules for games getting accepted has gotten much stricter over time, so small games may have gotten accepted in the past that wouldn't be added today.
Second thing: Those roblox games were added by series moderators, who can add games to the series without the site mods checking it. This is why series mods are so rare nowadays.
Third thing: My understanding is that a game isn't notable if it has little to no community, or isn't a very well made/polished game.
Final thing: If you think your game is notable, have someone else from your community submit a game request. I can think of a couple times I've had game requests rejected for not being notable/short and trivial, and then later the game got added. Also, if you are sure the game is notable, you can add a note in the comments part of the submission explaining why you think it is notable.
Notability doesn't mean popularity or anything. If it did, there wouldn't be such gems as https://www.speedrun.com/junior_island_adventure or https://www.speedrun.com/phineas_and_ferb_new_inventions . As was stated by Merl, series moderators for roblox (hello) decide which games are added, and quality control for games put on the site in the series was put in place by Quantum last year.
