That's not the backup, it's further down lol. This is: https://mega.nz/#F!sQ5kUJjJ!p7uFSXDpyMxha31xEuAaEw
I can't do it myself until next week, so Petite_Miku will post a 1.7.10 -> 1.7.9 patch here some time soon.
Okay, c'mon Petite_Miku!
Could be worth consideration putting up a backup of a newer build like v1.6.9?
Patch 1.7.10 > 1.7.9 is available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B96ZE8a42CqLYW9lN0Jiam8zaGc/view?usp=sharing
Has anybody ever told you guys that you're fantastic? Because you are. Thank you! :D
So I quit my game to fix a mod only to discover there's another patch. Looks like we're on 1.7.12. Will stand-by for your downgrade patch.
I wonder when the next update will be? tommorow? in 2 days? in a few hours? Such a pain that they update so often.
@RighteousPhoenix You can use mods as long as they don't need an update version of what version you have.
After several minutes of hard work, here is 1.7.12 > 1.7.10: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B96ZE8a42CqLUGwyby1Wd2g5cWs/view?usp=sharing
I am thankful as always for this resource.
The Nuka-World DLC, released on August 31, seems to have changed Fallout 4 in a different way. When I roll 1.7.15 back to 1.5.37 using the resources found here, F-4 will run, but Nuka-World will not.
I start the monorail and get a CTD. I cannot fast travel to the NW Transit Center. And, although I don't know if it is related, the VaultTech Workshop doesn't give me the workshop items which it should (the vault building items, for example).
Any chance there is a way to fashion a workaround using the rollback method?
Ah. And I think I have tried running after rolling back to 7.9; it didn't work. Perhaps that's also the reason VTW runs, but doesn't run properly, as I indicated?
Nuke World requires 1.7.12. I dont know about workshop dlcs but they should run fine on 1.7.12.
question, im unsure how to upgrade back to current verison, i did as you put, validate the files and such, and it wont work, any ideas? P.S.: nice profile picture.
Well, verifying integrity of game cache will redownload all the current patch files. If for some obscure reason that shouldn't be possible, it doesn't work. try delete all the files in the fallout 4 folder steam/steamapps/common or just delete the Fallout 4 folder. Then verify game cache again. You can also just delete and redownload the game. If all of that fails, it means you didn't realise you are already on current patch.
