act 1 is messed up but i saved it. (i also messed up saying the time right because in germany you read the time from second digits first :D

New Rulesets and Categories
Made the following changes:
-- Clarified when the timer starts and stops. -- Split old True ending into True and Good. The distinction is whether or not Ira lives, deciding whether you get the True or Good ending.
