what do I copy the down patch file over to be downpatched ??

There is a link in the "README.txt"-file to a foruim post with instructions.

Or simply:

1. Copy all the files into the "Dishonored2"-folder.
2. Run the "patch.bat"-script.
3. Make sure it works. (Does the game launch? Is New Game+ gone?)
4. Optional: Delete the "¤.bak" files if you don't want 5 GB of files hanging around that do nothing.
5. Optional: Make a backup of the ENTIRE "Dishonored2"-folder somewhere else on your hard drive, so you can downpatch later without having to wait for someone to make a downpatch.

there are no files there is just a notepad. is there a download with the actual folder instead of it forcing me to open it in something
