Hey! This is a known glitch that is banned from the runs, because you can't consistently reproduce them. From the rules: "Certain known glitches are disallowed. All runners should restart the game after resets to prevent the Mission 12 and Mission 15 dialogue glitches."

You should always restart the game before you start a run to avoid running into this glitch.
