I wonder if Roblox8192 would be willing to fix this softlock, it could potentially be useful.
But in reality, we're asking for the game to become more and more broken for timesake. It's like asking for SM64 to remove the feature of returning to the castle after getting a main star.
That's a fair assessment. I make alot of suggestions but I should probably keep them to either fixing what the new jump height breaks, or fixing what probably shouldn't be there in the first place. It brings up the question of should the boss softlocks still exist, they are useful but they aren't intended. Should we fix them? Should we introduce more boss softlocks? Where does the line come in.
In my personal opinion I don't mind making any changes so long as it's minor and makes the overall run experience smoother. Sure, you'll be saving more time, but if it's more fun to save that bit of time, shouldn't we go for it?
It all comes down to what the community wants really in the end.
I'd say fix the game if you want the run to be better, but as long as it doesn't affect casual gameplay, or it can be allowed if it fixes a bug like a softlock.
