@M_CBL_M_CBL_ streaming can be fairly lightweight on a PC. I currently run my games in a windows 10 virtual machine with gpu-passthrough, and an allocated 8gb of ram with 4 cpu cores. I've had no difficulties with any games, and I've ran some hardware intensive games on there (partially unfair because I have a decent laptop graphics card). I would suggest taking a look at the steam / winstore/game page and see what the minimum specs are to run whatever games you plan on running. Like @Bob-chickenBob-chicken said, 8gb ram is good for most games, as for other specs, I'm not an expert at recommending hardware, but referring to min specs charts for games like mentioned before, this should steer you in the right direction.

Trying to have two animated badges, uploaded a gif, won't animate once saved. I've tried lowering resolution, do gifs not work, or is there a certain way that gifs need to be uploaded to work?

Please don't delete the category. Some of the min moves for the levels were very difficult challenges to overcome, and some of them even took 30 mins to learn and pull off. I don't see how time must be a factor for these runs, and adding a time factor would just make this into a second any% category.

I agree with most suggestions listed in this thread so far, and only want to add a few things/elaborate on a few items mentioned earlier.

Bacon - Stated to remove Webgame and Mobile tags which makes games listed as unofficial.
Here is my two-sense which I've been talking about for the past few months. The tag system needs a complete rework, the unofficial tag is completely useless for game visibility, and outside of webgame (which has a platform) and mobile (which also has platforms), the other tags are useless. Unofficial tagging, to my knowledge, would have been a great feature if series mods had the ability to tag their additions to the site. Roblox honestly ruined it for everyone, and it's not their fault. Without the ability to tag the games they add to the site, their games eventually flooded the games page, which took away a large portion of users who actually ticked the slider in the first place. To keep things short, mobile and webgame requests typically don't get the unofficial tags anymore, unless a new user requests the game.

My proposal: Replace the current tagging system with a genre tagging system (such as in this thread here: https://www.speedrun.com/the_site/thread/pbxd8 ), but since something like this would take some obvious time and effort, just removing the current tagging system entirely

My second suggestion is to add a misc. time submission tab which the board moderator can customize. To expand on this, here is a board with a minimum moves category https://www.speedrun.com/poor_thief/levels . Looks quite sloppy with the current submission method, so being able to submit whole integers, negative integers, etc. would be a nice addition.

My final suggestion is not really just for leaderboards, but it does contain this issue. Video tutorials for moderation aspects of the site would be incredibly helpful for new users, such as how to submit a game request, set up a game board/what each part of the board customization menu actually does, etc. I remember setting up my first leaderboard was quite a task and complicated, so having a dedicated page of leaderboard tutorials would be very nice to have.

@SkittlesCat83SkittlesCat83 That's correct. A super mod of the game could submit an early request (which is definitely recommended for a game like this), so when an official date is announced, then things can move on from there
