I haven't used emu in forever. If you can get the PAL rom to run a 60fps it should be fine. However, I've only ever done it on everdrive.

11 exit was the any% category
and then 0 exit existed so we scrapped percents for # of exits
as it stands:
0 exit is any% credits warp
11 exit is any% actually play the game
no starworld is any% warpless
96 exit is 100%

people are saying this is stupid because its arbitary.

iirc you can only run pal on ntsc categories on everdrive. however, you should be able to run pal natively in 50fps on snes9x with the pal rom. there may be a way to do pal on ntsc on emu, but idk
