Took two nights of attempts and theorycrafting improvements, and I finally beat the previous record by 33 seconds!

Biggest difference is skipping Al'Dee and Dixi completely by picking up static spawn of two boxes, one containing a Shovel and the other containing Leather Boots.

I also suggest Shooomie's previous record time to be changed from 29:14 to 28:29, because this is the time it took him to get level 8, rules don't state anything about leaving for mainland.
