For a while now, the site has been growing steadily with several new game requests daily.
Our policy for accepting those requests is currently quite lenient, and will remain so.
However, as you can imagine, not everyone that requests a game actually puts effort into it afterwards which has led to a growing amount of 'empty' games, games that have no categories and no levels and even some empty series.
To resolve this, we have decided to implement a new policy:
Requested games/series that have not been set up 2 weeks after being accepted, will be deleted.
To clarify what we mean with set up, this means:
To ensure a smooth transition, this policy will be implemented starting one week from now, Friday, 20 Feb 2015.
Removing the games will be handled manually, so don't worry about unintended automatic removals.
We hope doing this will make the site even better, it wouldn't have been possible without all of you

Is it retroactive ?
I am fine with the deletion of games what got no times at all. Probably not very motivating for somebody to look up the times for one of his favorite games, just to find a blank page.
There are probably some games that got requested where an active community is doing runs, but the moderator are just to inactive/lazy do add them. Is it alright to request moderator status for those games in here, so that one there is no need to delete them now, just to recreate them later?
If the current moderator is inactive, you can always request moderator status, yes.
(Though you will still have to be a valid choice for it to be accepted, of course.)
I just requested a game and it got accepted, but i cant figure out how to set it up.
It tells me to make categories, and I thougth i did, but when I go back to the leaderboard it doesnt show up.
Which game was it?
Also you might check Full Game Leaderboard vs Level Leaderboard, they both have associated categories.
Evolve. I tried adding individual level categories cuz im speedrunning the tutorial levels. But theyre not showing up.
You also need to add a category for ILs to show up
Figured it out, but Id like it to show up as the first thing u see. Right now its in the sidebar. When I visit the page it tells me to add categories still. Theres no way to actually speedrun the game (competitively anyway, itd be like speedrunning a match of CoD). So there wont be a full game category, which is what I assume that spot is meant for.
Ahh, thanks a bunch!
Took me ages to figure out that the bubble had to be filled in grey not white. Youd think itd be white cuz of the grey background. Also touchscreens suck for figuring this stuff out.

Would've put the flagged content page up earlier, but then my internet dropped FailFish.
It's live now though, and with that the policy will be put into effect.
Great idea. I've definitely stumbled across a few empty series so far and even some duplicates. This should clean things up a bit around here.
We'll just need some time to handle these because the current list is quite... long
Is there any way for a regular User to see WHEN a game was added to the list?

If there are some games that were on your list and that have not been deleted, then I assume they don't meet the criterias. That's a pretty impressive list by the way, did you do it by hand ? ^^
