Thread: Request leaderboard moderation (Read the first post before posting!)

Started by: DaravaeDaravae

I'm a mod of the LEGO Speedrunning discord and the LEGO Speedrunning series. Recently it has come to our community's attention that LEGO The Incredibles does not have a super mod. This is problematic as one of our moderators has been inactive for around a year now, and the one moderator we do have verifying isn't all that well versed in community happenings, as he is not an active runner of the game. We would appreciate it if you could change BJMashPotato from a regular mod to a super mod. If you require him to request this change himself, I'm sure I could contact him and get him to do so.

Currently there a lot of glitches found by me, the main one being Throw Clipping and its various uses in Free Play and Replay Story, which you can view in the respective WRs. It is done by having Mr. Incredible pick up an ally character, stand against a wall, and target in the opposite direction, and then drop out or switch characters.
Here's an example.

This is a revival of a marathon series dedicated to solely LEGO licensed games, we have a very large community of passionate runners scattered throughout a large variety of games, we've only once been featured at GDQ events, back in 2011 in a glitchless run and as such our community would love a chance to showcase our games for a good cause. We're currently in the process of organizing the marathon on our discord: https://discord.gg/0nCWhvIFSY3nKJDh .

Thread: new skips

Started by: Elims

Came across these today and thought I was onto something since it wasn't in WR. I also found a small skip in the first caf room where you jump over the barrier right after the first three kids.

I assume you submitted the run, and it's just still pending?

Thanks! By the way, your run at Northwest Speedfest was very entertaining. Your real gamer facts made the run all the better.

This is probably a stupid question, so forgive me for asking but it is not specified in the rules as far as I can tell. Is a capture card a necessity for submissions, even if the submission is not optimal? Would an externally filmed but visible video suffice? Again, forgive me if I'm simply an annoyance but respond if you so choose. Thanks!
