I can't , but that will probably happen if we get submissions for it.

In any case I hope you realize that you're the only person in the universe that can currently verify an ACE run 😃

In a perfect world we would only use consoles for everything, that would avoid a lot of weird stuff. Unfortunately that can't always be the case. I would say that if it is an objectively verifiable way to do the ace as it would be done in non-replay mode and on console its fine as a run. If it is not verifiable then its a problem.

I don't know, but I suspect that there will be little to no difference in load times. There may be a bit less lag, but that is just about it. I think fast disc speed PS2 makes the game crash. 360 is far superior and your best option if you have access to one.

Biz has weird issues with sotn. It doesn't sync audio correctly so you lose 1 second every minute. Then the menu delay seems odd, more like ps3.

There are a million and one SOTN categories, we won't add them here unless they become active or there is a good reason for it.

Timing is explained here: http://www.speedrun.com/sotn/guide/in8k5
It can vary a bit because of the different 360 models, the amount of saves you have in your mem card. On the different emus and PS systems even more.
Another thing of note is that due to capture card delay it may appear to be different on screen sometimes.

Unless the xbox emu is faster than 360 all of this is completely pointless. PSX/EMU/PS2 is just different and not comparable in this way at all. Players just need to fucking deal with playing on a slow system. If Xenia is faster then that will have to get calculated and added as a handicap or separated entirely.

Emu is completely fine for submissions, you can check the guides and resources sections for more information. For the most up to date route and strategies you can watch dr4gonblitz's run which is the current WR
The two glitches that are allowed are dmg stack in the prologue and mp refil glitch.

Yes, there is glitchless in this leaderboard under 'misc categories' http://www.speedrun.com/sotn#Alucard_Glitchless_any

There are a few more people that have ran glitchless, but their times aren't here yet. Its not a super popular category, but it is a good run.

That would be awesome man, ty for the work on the client. A cool thing would be to have in-game splits like DeFRaG.
