Hello everyone and welcome to Speedyfists Autumn! Speedyfists is a biannual speedrunning marathon for fighting games. We believe fighting games can be great speedruns and want to create a place to showcase them. This marathon will fundraise for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a pediatric treatment and research facility focused on children's catastrophic diseases. For more info, check out their website here - https://www.stjude.org/ If you are interested in joining the marathon, please join our discord here for all the latest news about it and to meet the community. - https://discord.gg/xhhfbHV Dates: Submissions: July 29 - September 15, 2019 We will be doing submissions through speedrun.com. You can submit it clicking "Submit game" on the left of this page. Submissions Rules: - Under the "Availability" tab in the submit run form, please include your timezone and all hours you are available to run your submission. -There's no limit on how many games or categories you can submit. However, each submission requires a video. -In the case of a race, each runner must submit a form. - In the "Incentives" tab, please include any donation incentives you would like to include such as glitch exhibitions or bonus fights. -Emulators are allowed (except banned ones). About the games that can be accepted or not: -TAS are accepted. -Boxing, mixed martial arts and wrestling games, as we did on past marathons, can be accepted. -Modes inside to fighting games, like Tekken Force, Chronicles of the Sword or Devil Within, can be accepted. -Genres or games with fighting games features will be studied individually. In case of doubt, contact any of the organizers. -Beat em up games could be accepted, but they will have less priority in comparison than more "pure" or conventional fighting games.
