Teensies required to unlock "Level 36" - 125
Average 3.5 Teensies per normal level.
1.8 including hard varients.

Not all levels have to be beaten to unlock/enter level 36.

All Lums must be collected in a level to unlock its Invasion varient

Upon earning a new ability you will be forced into the level showcasing it.

Level 36 (Stomach Bug) doesn't require any Lums to be collected so go fast

Movement "tech"

Spin jump

Perform a spin attack and jump during the animation to continue momentum.
(Attacking midair will also carry momentum most of the time.)

Swim boosting

Using the swimming attack instantly upon hitting water will shoot you forward cancelling any diving, this works from any drop into water.

Hazards/Bugs

Jumping on a rising platform like those found in Level 2 can kill you, safe to avoid jumping until the platform is fully raised.

After thinking about it, promoting a faster time and going fast is the idea of speedruning so why separate an already small-ish community, something along the lines of adding a variable to the board similar to which weapon or style you used would be a beneficial way to differentiate without major separation

Honestly I'd rather not include it, finish the run after A, iron league seem like pointless end game but as a category I'm not sure if it belongs in NG+ or not

I may seem a bit strange for wanting this kind of category, but a possible NG+ where you play each league in order doing a league match, tournament and promotion test to me seems like a nice way to do it, sticking to one Pokemon of any level. Would be a fun category and a nice way to use your already used account. Thank for reading~

When adding the category, I honestly don't remember excluding the urgent quests but I feel that if they've been excluded, it's probably for a good reason. I will look into it and change appropriately when the final decision has been made^^ Finishing via SubQuest isn't allowed as it's not the quests full objective. Feel free to do the SubQuest but it's not required for this category 🙂
