Hi there! I wanted to throw in my two cents about your request, since I was the creator of the boards and the previous mod for Bike Baron Free before I passed down ownership to ItzKy.

I have to ask why you’d like the role as Mod, because ItzKy appears to log onto the site quite regularly, the boards are in good shape from a category standpoint, the community is very small, and you don't appear to have any runs.

The decision will fall to ItzKy, but I’m not sure why another Mod would be needed for such a small mobile game with the boards already in good standing and a mod who regularly checks into the site. If there are changes you'd like to be made, please feel free to bring them up and I’d be happy to entertain the ideas. There is nothing personal or against you in my response, I’d just like to understand where you’re coming from with this request and we can work something out. Thanks!

Here’s a category that I’ve seen others play before and have played myself (and would submit a run for upon approval)- playing CTR on a keyboard. For such a tech-driven game, I feel adding this as another sub-variable to Any% Warpless would be a fun addition, especially since emulators are allowed and have been used by runners for other categories. I’ll link below one of Karlie's runs as an example- obviously one of the rules would need to be that a camera or input display must be present to prove the runner is actually playing on a Keyboard. I’d love to hear what others (and the board mods) think, and if it would be worth adding! Thanks!

I'm going to pass on adding 50cc and 100cc, but will consider an "Unlimited CC" category. It might be fun to allow any engine class, as that could lead to some interesting strategies on picking the fastest, yet still manageable speed.

Possibly as Miscellaneous- I wouldn’t make it a variable on All Cups (since 150cc is the main game mode), but possibly as an "extension"? What values did you have in mind?

Hi all- I got in contact with the site mods, and have been appointed moderator for the game CTGP 7. As the game has received many updates since its initial addition to the site, I am in the process of reworking the categories to properly match with the new layout. I'll be adding / removing categories, updating the cups, fixing the rules, etc.

I realize the run I have pending is only about a day old, but at this point, I don’t think it's logical to wait around. I’ve tried contacting the mod, and with no response and inactivity, I hope to be appointed mod / super mod to the game (whichever option makes more sense under the circumstances).

Please let me know if I missed anything- I’m the mod of multiple other titles, so I have email authentication enabled, my account is old enough, etc. I hope this all makes sense, and would love to be a CTGP 7 Super Moderator! Thanks in advance!

Hey guys- I mentioned this to Nimputs a while back and he said that Mission Mode on Console is meant to be timed only RTA, since, as Refrag mentioned, there is no Autosplitter. I would be fine if the entire Missions section went RTA, especially seeing that Console and PC are separated already.

To me, All Cups should stay IGT-based, but Missions (on any platform, as long as the Console and PC are kept separate variables as they already are) should be RTA.

Please let me know your thoughts, as I've been interested in this category as well and want to make sure timing is cleared up. Thanks!

Just a quick question that arose as I was perusing my profile- how is the "Level Runs" section of the profile set up? I know Full Game Runs are listed in chronological order (newest at the top), but that doesn’t seem to be the case for ILs on my profile. How are they ordered, and is there any way to change it?

I have played this game for a long time, and am very happy to see it finally on SRC! I've done a run of All Tracks (1000 HP) which I still need to submit, but I have a few quick ideas for the Leaderboard that would be easy to implement and worthwhile for the community.

First, a simple fix, I would propose that 1000 HP be made the default variable for the main "All Tracks" category. Just as Mario Kart uses 150cc (the highest speed available in most games), I would suggest BBR follow suit.

Second, I would love to have an Individual Level Leaderboard! Since there isn’t really a time trial mode, Single Race should work just fine for each level. Plus, the game already has an accurate in-game timer, making submissions even easier.

Hi all- just popping in with a couple quick questions I had about Wii Party runs.

1) Is there a difference between playing on Wii U and Wii, with the official Wii disk? In terms of loads and resets, is one "faster" than the other? (Specifically in main game modes, not minigames).
2) Is sound / game audio required for submissions? (I'll be recording the TV off a tripod for context).
3) Does CPU difficulty matter in main game modes?

Just a temporary, brief announcement for those who have and are planning to run DreamWorks Super Star Kartz.

I've already talked with Lime Master about the situation, and we are on common ground with change. Stepping in as moderator, and being very familiar both the Console and DS versions of this game, I will be making a series of changes to the structure of the leaderboard.

Those who have submitted runs, do not worry. Categories will remain mostly the same; no runs will be void or invalid.

New changes include the removal of In-Game Time as a requirement (as load times on Console are very similar and the DS port has only minimal loading time) and a condensing of variables for overall ascetic appeal.

As I mentioned, this WILL NOT make any current runs invalid, and I will see to the operation myself of correcting the categories and helping runners out in any way I can. The previously standing runs will simply be moved to a new "zone", and we will go from there.

This process will take no more than a couple days, as I still have some deliberation to attend to in terms of which items should go where, but the outcome will be one I am certainly pleased with myself and for the betterment of the community and leaderboards.

Funny you bring this up- I’ve had the same glitch happen to me as well.

The circumstances were nearly the exact same, where I quit Rookie League after the 1st race but came back and the points didn’t align with the track. I finished the league (as the game wanted) and everything set back to normal.

I agree this shouldn’t be allowed at all, as it's kind of weird by itself.
