what are the tricks to use?

I think the timer should start as a any% would (freash)
what the runner has to do is liberate (take control) of the region
the timer should end once you get the message that all providences (in the region)
have been liberated

sorry if this is not clear enough I don't explain the best
basicly 100% but region based

For we sad boios with not enough time for 100% speedruns there should be a 100%(region)% (one for each) or a liberate region %

Thoughts? I really want this
